Shannon joined STS Marine Solutions in 2024 as HR Coordinator, with 7 years HR experience specialised in Learning and Development and moving into this role to build her knowledge and experience with all aspects of HR.

Shannon is CIPD qualified and has also completed a Business Administration level 3.

At STS Marine Solutions, Shannon's role is to keep the Company complying with current and new employment law legislation, succession planning for the workforce and providing an administrative support to all employees both onshore and offshore.
