STS Coordinator


Postion Overview

As part of our growth and securing new long term business we have the vacant position of STS Coordinator based in the UK as part of our operations team, Sunderland.

Who are we looking for?

To be part of the STS Marine Solutions Team, we are looking for an individual who understands the concept of delivering first class customer service.

As part of the operations team you need to have the ability to adapt to changing scenarios, have excellent communications skills, understand the prioritisation of safety, good logistical skills and be amenable to working unsociable hours.

Previous experience in a Commercial marine operators role or seafaring experience in junior ranks preferred but not essential.

Coordinate travel of essential personnel to/from operations (Mooring Masters).

Execute day-to-day operational activities to ensure optimal utilization of equipment, support vessels, and Mooring Masters.

Communicate with customers

In cooperation with the Marketing team, help, develop and maintain business relationships with existing customers & potential customers.

Track and import data in commercial scheduling tool necessary to ensure proper and expedient invoicing

Rotate with the operations team members to allow weekend coverage of all operational activities
